Build Quality: Plastic. Almost looks like the old negative film camera. If you like to show-off this camera to your friends for prestige status then it will not work. But it takes decent photos. Do not let the build quality fool you.

Picture quality: It says 12MP but I would compare it to a 6MP sony camera. The picture starts getting blurry very quickly once you zoom in to have a look at the detail.
Video quality: This camera can see in unnatural light conditions. It can take pictures and videos in indoor condition without flash. This makes its video feature better than a 14MP sony camera. The videos come in 640x480 and in good quality and bright.
Other details:
1) The stock batteries(not rechargeable) are useless. I took around thirty photos for testing purposes and it started showing battery low sign and automatically switched off.
This works on AA batteries. You need good rechargeable batteries like sanyo. If you use ordinary rechargeable batteries then it'll take time to charge the flash light and it will also result in less shots and even lesser shots with flash.
2) JJ mehta is the vendor of this camera. I received a sealed box with a signed bill. His shop is located in mumbai. Courier was done by aramex through COD within 72 hours. No octroi drama.
3) This camera is primarily designed for outdoor usage. It's closeup shots of plants and flowers without flash come in good detail. The scenery shots are also good.
4) Camera lacks good effects. But that is okay because it is just a software trick. You can download the photos on your computer and use a software to apply the effects you want.
