How to Use:
- Firstly switch On the Digital Infra Fitness Massager by pressing the On/Off button. With the use of buttons on the timer, one can adjust the time easily (from 1 - 15 minutes)
- By pressing the "Speed" button one can select the Speed Level desired. One has the option to choose amongst the 9 varying levels
- Various Methods of Exercise:
- Relaxation Method: Lie down with the support of the back and place both the arms parallel to the body keeping the palm of the hands on the outside. With this method one can relax in the best possible way. This exercise helps in sleepiness conditions as well as helps de-stress
- Exercise Method: Lie down with the support of the back and cross both the arms at the neck area. This way one can exercise the breast and arms musculature
- Stretching Method: Lie down with the support of the back and stretch out both arms over the head. This exercise can be effective for the nerves
