How to use the product:
Lower feet and place on even surface. Select desired blade by pushing in the rotating selector and rotate clockwise. Always use the safety hat, place vegetables or fruit to be cut in the holder. Apply light pressure and slice down blade in single forward strokes. Slices: 1mm to 9 mm Julienne slices: 3 mm Julienne slices: 9 mm

Wash with extreme care under running hot water, using a nylon brush and liquid soap to clean thoroughly. The blade can be removed by lifting the slice plate and carefully ejecting from the base by pushing the selector knob up from the bottom. Wash blades by hand under hot running water. Dry thoroughly Reverse process to replace the blade in the unit. Never use abrasive cleaners or scourers. The blades are extremely sharp, handle with extreme care. Keep out of reach of children.
