This Blood Pressure Monitor comes with a comprehensive users guide. The device is very easy to operate. It uses 4 AA battery cells, which are easy to install. All you need to do is to insert the tube into the base of the device, attach the cuff to your upper (left) arm while resting your elbow on a table so that the section of your upper arm is at the same height as your heart position - and press the Power >>> Start button.

The LCD window displays three distinct readouts: Systolic, Diastolic and Pulse. The device also displays ""low"" battery power level - as & when the batter power is low. Easy to use there is only one large button for on/off! The CH-432B switches off on its own automatically after use.
